We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused **Cruise Sales Agent** to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, a knack for closing sales, and experience in selling cruise packages, this role is for you You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through cruise options, handling bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to boarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell cruise packages to individuals, families, and groups based on their travel preferences and budgets
- Provide expert advice on cruise lines, destinations, itineraries, cabins, onboard amenities, and shore excursions
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and manage booking systems efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest offers, discounts, and promotional deals from cruise lines
- Upsell additional services such as flights, travel insurance, pre
- and post-cruise stays
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and travel process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
