We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent at **Grand View Consulting**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, provide expert advice, and help clients navigate the real estate process from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and property tours for potential buyers and renters.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Negotiate property terms, offers, and contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and other industry professionals (e.g., mortgage brokers, inspectors, etc.).
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract buyers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, local market conditions, and zoning regulations.
- Prepare property listings, contracts, and documents necessary for transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing listings, client communications, and scheduling appointments.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar sales role (preferred but not required).
- Valid real estate license in [State/Region].
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software/tools (e.g., MLS, CRM).
- Access to a reliable vehicle for property showings.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
