**Job description**:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for, organizing and supporting a company's IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities, such as:
- Hardware: - Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VOIP Phone System, Biometric devices.
- Network Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, VPN, VOIP Phones and PBX and trouble shoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.
- System Administration: - Install and Maintain Windows Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates., trouble shoot using Remote Desktop Tools.
- Server Administration: - Management of Active Directory, User & Groups, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Files & Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies., Performance Monitoring
- Documentation: - Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
