We have an urgent opening for **Dispatch Executive.**

**Location**: Ambernath(Thane)

**Experience Required **:1-3 years as dispatch executive

**Qualification Required**: Graduate - Any specialisation

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals
- Should have knowledge of Dispatch/Invoice procedures
- Responsible for preparation and submission of
- Tax Invoice
- Delivery Challan
- E-way bill
- Insurance with other supporting documents
- Responsible to communicate with internal departments as well as various customers regarding Dispatch related issues and matters
- Overall responsible for timely execution of Trading Purchase Orders
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
- Should have In-depth knowledge of Billing and Invoicing

**Skills to have**:

- Proficiency in the relevant management software's
- ERP
- IREPS would be added advantage
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
