Job Location : Ambernath (East), Dist. Thane (Maharashtra)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
01. Overall responsibility of the Dispatch Related Activity, Coordinate with sales team &
participate for sales forecasting process.

02. Prepare material requirement location/site wise Material Indenting and inventory co
- ordination etc.

03. Ensure least stock outs and participate with all stake holders for material availability at
sites.

04. Co-ordination with vendors, transport & transporter for material movement with
delivery and deployment.

05. Responsible for Inventory & All dispatches, Documentation of Inward, Outward,
Delivery Challan, Material Request Note, Site Return Note, Stock Register etc

06. Co-ordinate and work Insurance companies for insurance & claim processes.

07. Ensure logistic support for End customer site Responsible for Innovation in packing
and transportation. Making Road Permit E-Waybill for each and every shipment,
Proper Packaging of Materials before material movement, Arrangement of equipment/
manpower for loading & unloading of material POD - Proof of Dispatches reporting to
users Implementation and maintaining of "6S" and Kaizen.

08. Responsible to effective implementation of **ISO/IATF** system and documentation. **SAP**
Related Work.

09. Responsible to avoid the RFD incidence more than 10 days.

10. Responsible to reduce the transportation cost.

11. Responsible to maintain company vehicles in good condition with checklist.

12. Responsible for Company assets provided to the department.

13. Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, Responsible to submit MRM Report
on time.

14. Responsible to achieve the KPI Target Floor Responsibility-Health & Safety-General
Rules - Light/Fans.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
