Key Responsibilities:

- **Packaging Design and Material Management**:Calculate packaging box dimensions, design packaging for export without damage, and coordinate with procurement for necessary packing materials.
- **Order Fulfillment and Packing**:Create packing lists based on sales orders and Bill of Materials (BOM), review them with stakeholders, and ensure material availability for dispatch.
- **Dispatch Planning and Coordination**:Plan dispatches based on material readiness, liaise with relevant departments (production, quality, logistics, etc.), and oversee the entire packing and dispatch process.
- **Documentation and Labeling**:Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation as per dispatch requirements.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the packing and dispatch operations.
- **Inventory Management**:Track and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are on hand, and coordinate with warehouse staff.
- **Invoicing and Stock Verification**:Prepare accurate invoices based on customer orders and perform final checks on stock before dispatch.
- **Compliance and Safety**:Ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

**Desired Profile**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent; certification in export-import preferred.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in packing and Dispatch handling for both domestic and international markets, preferably in industrial products.
- **Technical Know-how**: Knowledge of Incoterms, HSN codes, packaging standards, and logistics cost optimization.
- **Systems Proficiency**: ERP systems (Tally/SAP), MS Excel, shipping portals.
- **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, coordination, documentation accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- On-time delivery rate
- Packing accuracy & damage-free delivery
- Export compliance score
- Inventory dispatch reconciliation accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
