Store Keeper

**VACANCY FOR STORE KEEPER-Structural Fabrication company**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Checking Material Inward and Outward
- Making entries of material inward and outward
- Daily material consumption entries
- Prepare and update stock sheet
- Periodical stock checking
- Issue material to production dept. as per material request note received.
- Maintain minimum stock level.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Provide schedule, report, daily monitoring of dispatch by providing MIS report to the management.
- Outdoor work like:

- visit vendor like reconciliation of raw material according as per deliver challan.
- Coordinate with vendor for dispatch related activities.
- To plan & execute the dispatch of orders in a timely & organized manner. To follow up with the production for the same if required.
- Keep track of returnable materials sent for job work / repairs and ensure material is returned back within the specific period.
- Physical consumable & raw material stock verification
- Controlling operations for sub-stores at sites, internal transfers, Record keeping and reconciliation of machines and tools
- Awareness of ISO Documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be organized and punctual.**:

- **Must have experience in Heavy Structural fabrication Industry.**:

- **Must have knowledge of ISO Documentation.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tally ERP 9.**:

- **Graduations is mandatory.**:

- **3-5 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping.**:

- **Salary - Rs. 16000/- TO Rs. 20000/- Per Month (Negotiable on experience)**:

- **Location - Ambernath midc**:

- **Job Type - Full time, Regular/Permanent**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
