**Responsibilities**:

- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Checking Material Inward and Outward
- Making entries of material inward and outward
- Daily material consumption entries
- Prepare and update stock sheet
- Periodical stock checking
- Issue material to production dept as per material request note received.
- Maintain minimum stock level.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
- Provide schedule, report, daily monitoring of dispatch by providing MIS report to the management.
- Coordinate with vendor for dispatch related activities.
- To plan & execute the dispatch of orders in a timely & organized manner. To follow up with the production for the same if required
- Awareness of ISO Documentation would be an advantage.

- **Must be organized and punctual.**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office,tally.**:

- **Graduations is mandatory.**:

- **3 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
