Reservation Officer

Provide exceptional traveler care and customer service to clients.
- Fluency in English
- At least two years of work experience in travel and tourism.
- Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip, from booking the tickets to reserving the hotels to creating the itinerary.
- Experience with ticketing, exchanges for complex multi-segment international and domestic fares, and PNRs
- AMADEUS experience is required. (Ticketing, reissue, refund, quality control, and ticketing skills are preferred.)
- Proven work experience in the sales department in a travel agency.
- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
