A Front Office GSA (Guest Services Agent) is primarily responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, checking them in and out, handling reservations, answering phone inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, resolving guest issues, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay, essentially acting as the primary point of contact at the hotel front desk. Key duties and responsibilities of a Front Office GSA include:

- **Guest check-in and check-out**: Greeting guests, verifying reservations, processing payments, assigning rooms, and handling departure procedures.
- **Reservation management**: Taking room reservations, managing cancellations, and updating guest information.
- **Answering phone calls**: Responding to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, and taking messages.
- **Guest assistance**: Addressing guest concerns, resolving issues, and providing information about local attractions and amenities.
- **Luggage handling**: Assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- **Upselling services**: Promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping accurate guest information and transaction details.
- **Communication with other departments**: Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- **Front desk operations**: Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- **Customer service focus**: Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
