**Job Title**: BIM Coordinator

**Location**: Pune | Mumbai | Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Model Coordination**: Oversee and manage the BIM models across all project phases, including design, development, and construction.
- **Clash Detection & Resolution**: Conduct clash detection and coordinate the resolution of clashes between various trades and disciplines.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Serve as a liaison between the design team, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and model integration.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control procedures for all BIM-related deliverables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- **Model Development & Maintenance**: Develop, update, and maintain the BIM models, ensuring they reflect the most recent design and construction developments.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support for project teams regarding BIM processes, tools, and standards.
- **Data Management**: Manage and organize the flow of information between project participants, ensuring all project data is structured and easily accessible.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure that all BIM models are compliant with company BIM standards and project requirements, as well as with relevant codes and regulations.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BIM execution plans, project drawings, and other construction documents.
- **Software Utilization**: Use industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other tools to develop and manage models.
- **Training & Mentorship**: Train and mentor junior team members on BIM protocols and software.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: 6 to 10 years of experience in BIM coordination within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
- **BIM Software Proficiency**: Expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of construction processes, clash detection, and 3D model coordination.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving design and coordination issues.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Experience managing complex construction projects, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Knowledge of Industry Standards**: Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations related to BIM and construction practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when developing and reviewing models.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
