**Job Title**: BIM Project Coordinator

**Experience**: 4-5 Years

**Project Exposure**: International Projects
**Location**:Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage BIM workflows for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Develop, review, and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Ensure compliance with international standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and coordination issues.
- Support design teams in implementing BIM processes and best practices.
- Perform model clash detection, quality checks, and reporting.
- Manage project data exchange, file management, and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to junior BIM team members.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 4-5 years of proven experience in BIM coordination, preferably on international projects.
- Proficiency in **Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360** (or equivalent platforms).
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with large-scale, complex international projects.
- Knowledge of additional BIM tools such as Dynamo, Solibri, or Tekla.
- Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹7,000,000.00 per year
