- **Client Interaction & Advisory**: Assist clients with their stock market investments by providing market updates, investment advice, and suggestions on portfolio management based on clients’ financial goals and risk tolerance.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough research on stocks, commodities, market trends, and financial instruments. Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Execution of Trades**: Assist clients in executing stock trades, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Account Management**: Ensure smooth management of client accounts, addressing any queries, and providing timely reports on investment performance.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify potential investors, generate leads, and work towards achieving sales targets related to new client acquisitions, trades, and other investment products.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to relevant financial regulations, policies, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all activities.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and investments, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest developments in the stock market, economic trends, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice to clients.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Knowledge of Financial Markets**: Solid understanding of stock markets, equity trading, financial products, and related industry trends.
- **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze stocks, market trends, and economic factors to provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- **Sales Orientation**: Strong sales skills, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and work toward achieving business targets.
- **Customer Service**: Client-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that trades, client data, and records are managed accurately.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using trading platforms, CRM software, and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work well with other team members and departments to achieve company goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree** in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as NISM, NCFM, or similar in the finance or stock market domain are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
