- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and promote stock market products and services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of stock market products, services, and offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
- **Client Communication**: Establish and maintain relationships with clients through calls, answering queries, providing relevant stock market updates, and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking performance and optimizing strategies to achieve goals.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on the latest market trends, stock performance, and relevant financial news to provide clients with valuable insights.
- **Customer Support**: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent post-sale support.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in CRM software to track performance and outcomes.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably within the financial or stock market industry.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy.
- **Knowledge of Stock Market**: A basic understanding of stock market terms and investment products is essential; advanced knowledge is a plus.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative in achieving goals.
- **Confidence & Persuasiveness**: Strong persuasive abilities with the confidence to speak with clients and handle objections effectively.
