Sales executives require a combination of skills and qualifications to be successful in their role, such as strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to negotiate and close deals. Some positions may also require a relevant degree or certification.
Job brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs (For Field Sales).
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns (For field sales).
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Convert leads to site visit, step into the closure part and close the sales.
- Strictly follow the SOP of department to achieve target.
- Clear communication to customer and make good relations for reference sales.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
