**Job Summary**:

**Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Execute marketing campaigns both online and offline.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (fresher with strong skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in [Industry Specific Experience if required].
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
