**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Lead Generation**: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and attract new clients in the software services sector, generating leads and building long-term relationships with businesses.
- **Digital Marketing Campaigns**: Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media platforms (SSM) to enhance brand visibility, drive inbound leads, and improve audience engagement.
- **Client Communication & Presentations**: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of software services to both technical and non-technical clients, preparing and delivering tailored presentations that address specific customer needs.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Work closely with development teams to fully understand the software services offered, translating technical features into clear business benefits for clients, ensuring a smooth collaboration process.
- **Sales Performance & CRM Management**: Track and analyze sales performance to meet or exceed targets, manage customer interactions through CRM systems, and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in software services.
- Proficiency in digital marketing on various social media platforms (SSM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and convince both technical and non-technical customers.
- Self-motivated and eager to work in a flexible startup environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in creating and managing social media influencer campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
