1. Event Planning and Coordination:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

2. Event Logistics:

- Manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and registration.
- Ensure all event materials, including brochures, flyers, and signage, are designed and printed on time.

3. Communication and Marketing:

- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

4. Budgeting and Financial Management:

- Assist in managing event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

5. Event Execution:

- Assist in setting up and tearing down events, including coordinating with vendors and volunteers.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and according to plan.

6. Post-Event Evaluation:

- Assist in evaluating event success, including gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for future event improvements.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in event planning and coordination.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office.

4. Personal Qualities:

- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
