Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated UGC Content Creator to produce high-quality user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with our target audience. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to craft relatable, compelling, and shareable content that helps build our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Create original, engaging, and brand-aligned UGC across various formats (videos, photos, blogs, reviews, etc.) for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Develop content ideas that reflect trends, customer interests, and brand values while also being authentic to our community.

Collaborate with influencers, customers, and brand ambassadors to generate UGC that aligns with our marketing goals.

Monitor, engage with, and curate content from our customer base and online community, ensuring a consistent voice and brand experience.

Track and analyze performance metrics of UGC content to understand engagement and optimize content strategies.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging while exploring innovative content formats and styles.

Stay up-to-date with current trends, best practices, and tools in content creation and social media.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a UGC content creator or a similar content creation role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and trends.

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing tools).

Ability to create authentic and relatable content that engages a target audience.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

Experience with influencer partnerships or social media community management is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
