Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Visual Content Creator to elevate our apparel brand's storytelling through stunning visual content. This role requires a deep understanding of high-end fashion aesthetics, brand positioning, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is one who has a creative visionary with a strong background in branding, photography, videography, and digital media. You will lead the creation of compelling visuals across campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and editorial projects, ensuring our brand's visual identity remains sophisticated, aspirational, and globally relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Development

• Conceptualize, design, and lead the team to produce high-end visual content, including photography, videography, motion graphics, and digital designs tailored to fashion audiences.
• Oversee all aspects of content production, from mood board development to final execution, ensuring impeccable quality and storytelling.
• Create editorial-style imagery and videos that align with the brand's aesthetic and resonate with target clientele.

Brand Storytelling & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute visual concepts for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and merchandising teams to craft cohesive brand narratives across all touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and visual storytelling across all platforms, including social media (insta, Facebook, Pinterest), website, lookbooks, and advertisements.

Aesthetic & Industry Expertise

• Stay ahead of fashion trends, emerging visual styles, and digital innovations to keep the brand at the forefront of high-fashion content.
• Maintain a deep understanding of lighting, composition, and art direction specific to apparel and accessories.
• Oversee post-production, retouching, and editing to achieve the refined, polished look expected in the upscale market.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with stylists, models, photographers, and videographers to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, creative freelancers, and production teams to elevate content quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Photography, Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual content creation, specifically within the Women fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• Exceptional proficiency in Photoshop, Abode Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, high-end editorial photography, and visually compelling storytelling.
• Expertise in lighting, composition, and art direction with a refined eye for aesthetics.
• Experience directing photoshoots and video productions, with a deep understanding of high-fashion creative execution.

Pay: ₹60, ₹65,000.00 per month
