Job description**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative **Influencer Marketing Intern or Content Creator** who will assist in building, managing, and growing relationships with content creators and influencers across India. You’ll get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing, working directly with the marketing team to shape brand narratives and grow our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential influencers aligned with Open Secret’s brand values
- Maintain influencer databases and track campaign deliverables
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns
- Assist in ideating creative campaign briefs and content angles
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, content quality)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and social media teams

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
- Should have own Instagram followers of 1k-2k
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Enthusiastic, creative, and eager to learn
- Previous internship or experience in influencer or social media marketing is a bonus
