**Summary**:
As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and creative content across various digital platforms to promote brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Leveraging your storytelling skills and multimedia expertise, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform content ideation and planning.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop original, high-quality content across multiple formats, including written articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and other visual assets.
- Write clear, compelling copy that effectively communicates key brand messages and engages target audiences.
- Produce visually appealing multimedia content using graphic design, photography, videography, and editing tools.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.
- Use data analytics and performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Content Distribution and Promotion**:

- Engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to amplify content reach and foster audience engagement.
- **Brand Consistency and Compliance**:

- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all content produced.
- Monitor and enforce copyright, licensing, and regulatory compliance for content assets.
- **Content Collaboration and Project Management**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelancers to execute content projects from concept to completion.
- Manage content calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- X years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and grammatically correct copy.
- Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and social media management platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Creative thinking and storytelling abilities, with a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
