Telecaller Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to take and confirm customer orders.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors for timely order follow-ups and confirmations.
- Follow up with parties for regular payment reminders and collections.
- Share product catalogs and promotional material with customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and payment statuses.
- Provide support to the sales team by ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.
- Address customer queries/ complaints related to orders, payments, and product information in a courteous and efficient manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of **Computer**, MS Office and WhatsApp for catalog sharing and record maintenance is must.
