RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on large-scale Commercial and Residential projects from Schematic Design LOD 200 Stage to Construction Documentation LOD 350 Stage.
- Work on Revit Architecture, Structure, Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Develop schematic and detailed level BIM models
- Multi-disciplinary coordination & Clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate with Design Consultants, Clients and Subcontractors.
- Create and maintain BIM library components.
- Ability to read and understand Drawings and specifications
- Quantity take-offs.
- Quality checks
- Attend BIM coordination meetings and prepare MOM.
- Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills & Software.
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience of 2+ years working as an Architect, BIM Expert.
- Proficient in using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Experience on International Projects Preferred.
- Excellent skills in creating construction documents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
