Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect in Bengaluru. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, producing architectural and construction drawings, and preparing submittals. The day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design teams, ensuring project accuracy, and maintaining updated models.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with a BArch and Experience with 5 to 9 years
  • Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Expertise in
    BArch in
    Architecture and Architectural Drawings
  • Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals
  • Excellent project management and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
