Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Architect located in Bengaluru. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural drawings and building information models, producing construction drawings, and managing submittals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Experience with producing Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of managing Submittals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
