ROLE: BIM Engineer / BIM Architect JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Engineer / BIM Architect (Building managing digital models of construction projects using REVIT up to LOD 500. The ideal ensure accurate and efficient project coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop detailed BIM models using Revit based on architectural & engineering drawings - Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, & MEP models to create a comprehensive digital representation of the project - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy - Create and maintain project documentation, including BIM execution plans, BIM project standards, and BIM libraries QUALIFICATIONS: - Should have 3 years of work experience - Graduation in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering - Should have excellent drafting skills (not just sticking to resolving issues) - Solid understanding of BIM principles and practices - Should understand and be able to deliver architectural drawings and section drawing specifications - Should have used the industry standard tools - Prior experience in Architecture firms preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines - Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within BIM models **Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: - Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - Solid understanding of BIM principles and practices **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (required) **Speak with the employer** +91 8660578068
