**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **BIM Architect** with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
- Develop and maintain **BIM Execution Plans (BEP)** and **project-specific BIM standards**.
- Oversee **modeling workflows** to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement **BIM Level of Development (LOD) protocols** throughout project phases.

**Architectural Design & Coordination**:

- Lead the integration of BIM models across **architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines**.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize **building performance, sustainability, and constructability**

**Project Support & Quality Control**:

- Ensure that BIM models comply with **building codes, regulations, and best practices**.
- Provide support to project teams by resolving **BIM-related challenges and technical issues**.
- Regularly audit and validate BIM models to maintain **high data integrity**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360**.
- Strong understanding of **parametric modeling, families, and data management**.
- Experience with **Dynamo scripting, Rhino + Grasshopper (optional but preferred)**.
- Knowledge of **IFC standards, COBie, and Common Data Environments (CDEs)**.

**Experience & Education**:

- **Bachelor’s in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.**:

- Minimum 2**-4 years** of experience in BIM-based architectural design and coordination.
- Experience in **large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
