Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a BIM Architect/Designer at Interior Design Associates, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves creating Revit-based Building Information Models (BIM), developing design drawings from concept through to detailed stages, and working closely with the Project Team Leader to ensure design coordination and project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably within the interior design or architectural sectors
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Solid understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines
  • Experience in coordinating interior design elements with MEP systems
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
