**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage BIM workflows for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design models.
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Revit or other relevant software.
- Produce precise drawings, plans, and schedules based on project requirements.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to refine design intent through BIM.
- Ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging BIM tools and industry practices.
- Implement innovative solutions to improve project delivery efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- B Arch in architecture
- Experience in BIM Modelling, BIM Detailing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and other BIM-related tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
