Job Description JOB ACTIVITIES FIELD MARKETING:

- Generate leads for new point of sales (Display stand / POSm, etc,)
- Conduct Activations to engage targeted customers in the UAE.
- POS advertising: maintain brand standards to maximize presence in point of sales (Display stand / POSm, etc)
- Monitoring overall activity at all our locations.
- Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams
- Monthly reviews and presentations of the meets conducted.
- Maintain and track the new leads and opportunities generated.
- Build customer database via customer contact meetings
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding POS Machines in all their activities
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to position's roles and responsibilities.

Context and environment
- Highly competitive market, market conditions different in various parts of operations, demanding customers.
- Aggressive sales team, and minimum reactive time.

Knowledge:

- EPOS concepts
- UAE/ME market understanding
- Planning and organising skills
- Ability to take initiative and independently carrying out the job.
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu languages.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing is preferable. Experience:

- Minimum of 1-2 years sales/marketing experience
- Previous role in Field Marketing highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
