Greeting from Nexus We are urgently looking for **"Sales Officer"** in one of the FMCG manufacturing Industry. **Location - **Pune, Maharashtra **Experience -** 3-6 Years **Job Description -** - Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies for the premium FMCG category. - Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the premium segment. - Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives. - Identify and explore new markets and channels to expand the reach of premium FMCG products. - Develop and execute plans to penetrate untapped regions and demographics. - Set, monitor, and achieve sales Primary & Secondary targets for the premium category. Like, Cold press Oils. - Implement effective sales techniques and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. - Work closely with marketing teams to create and implement promotional campaigns for premium products. - Ensure proper merchandising and display of premium products in retail outlets. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about industry developments. - Provide regular reports and insights on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. - Provide training and support to sales teams and distributors to enhance their knowledge of premium products. - Conduct workshops to improve selling skills and product knowledge. - Gather customer feedback to understand their preferences and satisfaction levels. - Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. **Qualifications and Skills -** - Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, particularly in the FMCG sector. - Strong understanding of the premium consumer market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyse sales data and market trends. - Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
