Job Description: Retail Sales Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Officer to join our team. As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service in our retail store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
