Job Description: Conference Producer
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for each conference, including theme, goals, and target audience.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, key topics, and potential speakers.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely execution of all conference activities.
Content Development:
Research and develop engaging and relevant content for conference agendas.
Collaborate with speakers to develop their presentation topics and materials.
Review and provide feedback on presentation content to ensure alignment with conference objectives and audience expectations.
Speaker and Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and industry partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for speakers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Coordinate all speaker logistics, including travel, accommodation, and technical requirements.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials for each conference.
Identify and leverage various marketing channels to maximize event attendance and engagement.
Logistics and Operations:
Oversee all logístical aspects of conference planning, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for the smooth execution of the event, including audiovisual setup, catering, and registration processes.
Manage on-site event operations, including coordinating staff, handling attendee inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the conference budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
Monitor expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Collect and analyze feedback from attendees, speakers, and stakeholders to assess the success of the conference.
Prepare post-event reports, including key metrics and recommendations for future events.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future conferences.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conference production, event management, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale conferences or events.
**Skills**:Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
Knowledge of industry trends and key figures in relevant sectors.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
This position may require travel to attend and oversee conferences and events.
Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate different time zones and event schedules.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
