A Personal Assistant to Director provides high-level administrative and secretarial support, ensuring the Director's smooth and efficient operations. This involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and managing travel arrangements, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, organize files, and manage databases.
- **Event Planning**: Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle personal tasks discreetly.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research, prepare briefing papers, and analyze data as needed.
- **Expense Management**: Manage expense reports and reconcile monthly expenses.
- **Office Management**: Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure a smooth-running office environment.
- **Liaison**: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- **Decision-Making**: Make independent decisions within established guidelines, taking initiative when necessary.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
**Specific Tasks may include**:
- Taking dictation, typing, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintaining personnel files.
- Excellent Communication & Presentable
Pay: ₹20,534.71 - ₹25,737.91 per month
