**About the Role**

We're seeking a **strategic and creative Conference Producer** to design and deliver high-impact B2B conferences in the lifesciences space. This role involves end-to-end ownership of event content—from research and agenda creation to speaker engagement and post-event analysis. Your work will directly influence our commercial success and industry leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify relevant and trending conference topics
- Develop commercially viable and content-rich conference agendas
- Identify and engage C-level speakers, thought leaders, and associations
- Write compelling programme content and speaker invitations
- Manage speaker relationships pre
- and post-event
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, ops) to align on goals
- Ensure event content meets audience needs and business objectives
- Monitor competitors and ensure continuous content innovation
- Oversee production timelines, brochure creation, and on-site delivery
- Lead post-event debriefs and use insights to improve future events
