**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conference Secretariat Management**:
- Oversee all aspects of conference planning, from setup to execution, ensuring seamless operations.
- **Delegate Assistance**: Act as the primary point of contact for delegates, addressing queries, managing registrations, and offering support.
- **Speaker Coordination**: Liaise with speakers to ensure they have the necessary materials, information, and logistics support before and during the event. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to keep project-related websites updated with relevant information. Prepare and circulate conference registration reports, abstract submission updates, and overall event progress reports to all stakeholders. Capture discussions and decisions during committee meetings, ensuring that key points are communicated and followed up appropriately. Create and maintain a timeline chart for conferences and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule. Work closely with internal departments and teams to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Serve as the point of contact for exhibitors, gathering and distributing information related to their participation. Maintain consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, exhibitors, and internal teams, to ensure the project runs smoothly.

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Previous experience in conference management, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using project management and event coordination tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru District, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (required)

- Conferences: 3 years (required)
