Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer based in Bengaluru. The Conference Producer will be responsible for planning and executing conferences, conducting market research, acquiring speakers, and managing events. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed project plans, coordinating with speakers and sponsors, ensuring the smooth running of events, and marketing the events to attract attendees.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 year Experience in Conference Production and Event Management (Fresher's are welcome)
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research
  • Strong Communication and Speaker Acquisition skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
