Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Producer, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Conference Producer will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of conferences. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, acquiring high-profile speakers, managing event logistics, and ensuring seamless event execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact, knowledge-rich conferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Speaker Acquisition and relationship-building with industry leaders
  • Event Management experience
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the conference or event industries is a plus
