We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Regional Operations Officer**

**Business: Legal**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Manage and facilitate the regional hiring approval process, including tracking submissions and coordinating approvals at both regional and global levels
- Execute monthly HR reporting cycles, including data extraction, analysis, and distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Generate and review ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision making
- Create and maintain organizational charts to reflect current structure and reporting relationships
- Coordinate annual renewals of practice certificate for the department
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting related to the population of the region
- Maintain confidential HR documentation and records with utmost discretion
- Be the regional point of contact for resource hiring and onboarding process
Requirements- Experience of minimum 5 yrs in building org charts in excel, raising hiring requests, budgeting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
