Regional Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all salons in the South Region, ensuring alignment with company protocols, brand standards, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of
    Area Sales Managers
    , providing direction and performance support.
  • Provide operational assistance and guidance to business partners to ensure profitability and sustainable business growth.
  • Monitor salon performance metrics (revenue, profitability, client retention, staff productivity, etc.) and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, etc.) to support regional needs and resolve operational issues.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies to maximize salon efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze operational challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure seamless salon functioning.
  • Prepare and present regional performance reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate office and regional business partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum
    7–10 years of experience
    in operations management, preferably within the
    retail, beauty, wellness, or salon industry
    .
  • Proven experience in managing multi-unit operations and leading a team across multiple locations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and drive profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the South Region.
