Job Profile: Regional Sales Executive

**Industry**: Paints & Coatings (Auto Refinish & Wood Coatings)
**Location**: Based at Cochin Branch Office, with active territories in Karnataka & Tamil Nadu
**Reporting To**: Regional Sales Manager / Country Head - India Operations
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Market Development**:

- Drive sales of auto refinish and wood coating products across assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with body shops, carpentry units, furniture manufacturers, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Channel Management**:

- Monitor distributor performance, inventory levels, and credit cycles.
- Implement promotional schemes and ensure visibility of products at retail points.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning for the region.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate with the Cochin branch office and UAE manufacturing unit for supply chain and product updates.
- **Education**: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. Technical background in paints or coatings is a plus.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in sales of industrial paints, auto refinish, or wood coatings. Experience in South Indian markets preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Familiarity with dealer/distributor networks
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu
