**Job Title**: Regional Sales Executive - Karnataka

**Location**: Karnataka

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹17,500 (Basic) + Incentives ₹5,000 - ₹20,000 + TA/DA on actuals

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and acquire new clients in the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (preferred in the relevant industry).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
