**Job Title**: Regional Champ - (Operations) - RC Banking

**Location**: Bangalore

**NOTE: Should have TEAM HANDLING EXPERIENCE**

**Experience Required - 5Y - 6Y**

**Language Requirement**: Kannada (mandatory), Hindi (Fluent & Understandable)

**Preference**: Immediate Joiners

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee **POS Field Operations** across the assigned region and ensure the seamless deployment and maintenance of POS terminals.

2. Manage **EDC Field Operations**, including troubleshooting, technical support, and device functionality checks.

3. Develop and strengthen relationships with banking and business partners (**Partner Management**) to drive operational success.

4. Act as a regional escalation point for **Escalation Management**, ensuring swift resolution of operational issues and customer concerns.

5. Lead and coordinate **regional banking operations**, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and minimize downtime.

7. Conduct regular field visits across the region to assess operational effectiveness, address on-ground challenges, and implement process improvements.

8. Train and mentor field staff and merchants on proper device usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.

9. Monitor key performance metrics, maintain accurate operational records, and provide timely reports to senior management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in **POS and EDC Field Operations** with a regional focus.

2. Strong expertise in **Banking Operations, Partner & Escalation Management** at a regional level.

3. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a field-based role, managing multiple locations.

5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in **Kannada (mandatory) and Hindi (Fluent & Understandable)**.

6. Willingness to travel extensively within the region for on-field operations.

7. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in banking/finance/operations preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
