Key Responsibilities:
Procurement and Purchasing:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for hotel supplies, amenities, food and beverages, operating equipment, etc.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and establish strong vendor relationships
- Place purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods and materials
- Explore cost-saving opportunities and implement effective purchasing strategies
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, regulations, and quality standards

Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records for all hotel supplies, amenities, food and beverage items, and operating equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stock-outs or overstocking
- Implement inventory control measures, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review
- Optimize storage space and implement efficient inventory rotation methods

Stores Operations:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's receiving, storage, and issuing areas
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of goods and materials
- Implement and maintain an organized and efficient stores layout
- Manage and train stores personnel on material handling, safety protocols, and inventory procedures
- Coordinate with various hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, engineering, etc.) for material requirements

Administration and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to purchasing and inventory
- Monitor and control expenses related to purchasing, inventory, and stores operations
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting for purchasing and inventory requirements
- Implement and maintain systems and processes for effective inventory and stores management
- Collaborate with hotel management and other departments as needed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
