We are hiring **Purchase Executive - Chemical Raw Material**

**Location**: Dombivli East
**Experience**: 5 to 10 years in Chemical Industry - Bulk Orders/Raw materials.
**Education**: B.Sc/M.sc Chemistry, Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering

Manage the procurement process & the supply base efficiently & effectively.

**Main Duties, Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for procurement of Raw material as well as Packing material of all Units.
- Responsible for ISO activities, Documentation & Presentation, MRM Presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Cost Reduction.

2. To promote source development.

3. Checking of requisitions/ purchase indents.

4. Maintenance of progressive expenditure statement.

5. Maintenance of Vendor performance records / data.

6. Selection of Suppliers for issue of inquires.

7. Issuing inquiries/tenders & obtaining quotations.

8. Analysing quotations & bids etc., & preparation of comparative statement (Quotation charts).

9. Arrangement for Insurance Surveys, as & when necessary.

10. Consultation with the Indentor for selection & approval of Quotations from HOD.

11. Checking Legal conditions of contracts.

12. To maintain uninterrupted flow of materials to support the development schedules.

13. Issue of Purchase orders.

14. To maintain evidence for Quality objective status.

15. To update approved vendor.

16. To maintain records as per controlled documents.

17. Follow-up of purchase orders for delivery in due time.

18. Verification & passing of suppliers bills to see that payments are made promptly. Maintenance of Purchase records.

19. Keep various dept. informed of the progress of their indents in case of delay in obtaining supplies.

20. Development of reliable & alternate sources of supply.

21. To fix maximum, minimum limits for stores where necessary.

22. Maintenance of purchase records.
