JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purchase Executive work under Supervision of Asst. Purchase Manager.
- Forecast levels of demand for services and products;
- Keep a constant check on stock levels;
- Evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors;
- Ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives;
- Budgeting, costing and cost saving after reviewing the management information available.
- Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers;
- Procurement of medical and non-medical.
- In all purchasing activities create specifications, obtain & compare quotes, negotiate price, place purchase orders, review deliveries against the orders, Track the status of any orders and expedite delivery and problem solving, keep records and track all costing. Investigate and problem solve outstanding purchasing issues and problems
- Monitoring the quality of service and Product provided. Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Checking the Invoices against Purchase Orders & Goods Receipt Notes.
- Maintain contract files and use them as reference for the future;
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
- Prepare reports and statistics from system and Maintain MIS as required by Management
- To participate in the appraisal scheme in accordance with Hospital policy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
