Key Responsibilities:

  • Only Candidates who have done "Electrical Purchase" or have "Electronics" background can apply. Other candidates will be rejected automatically.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, requesting quotes, comparing prices, and negotiating contracts.
  • Inventory Management:Maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory turnover, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and resolving any issues related to quality or delivery.
  • Cost Management:Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring purchases stay within budget.
  • Quality Control:Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
  • Reporting:Preparing reports on purchasing activities, costs, and inventory levels.
  • Market Research:Staying informed about market trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
