Overview The Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in the procurement process of goods and services for the organization. The Purchase Executive also ensures adequate stock levels to meet demand and actively seeks ways to cut procurement expenses.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products
  • Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers

  • Collaborate with inventory control and sales teams to forecast demand
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good relationships

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
  • Comply with and enforce procurement policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchase management software
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and ethical standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset
