Store Keeper

1. Ensure daily Activities at stores - Engineering Storage, RM, Receipt of payment, Bill of materials

2. Coordinating with Engineering Department for issue of material on requisition.

3. After the receipt of the material, prepare Goods Receipt Note and forward the same to concerned user departments for verification and approval.

4. Ensure Day to day inwards / outwards of material (Mechanical, Electrical, Packaging and Consumable material) control.

5. Maintain the store and cleanliness all time for having safe working environment.

6. Ensure proper and timely checking and maintaining records of physical stock

7. Ensure Preparation of purchase requisition / Indent based on Engineering Requirement, previous consumption pattern; re-order level, Minimum stock level desired and lead time required for procurement.

8. Responsible for follow up with purchase department for indent material.

9. Ensure generation of loading and unloading note report.

10. Ensure stocking of material at proper place by following FIFO.

11. Generate daily statement of Inward / Outward and ensure reporting of MRN to Accounts on daily basis.

12. Ensure System and procedure implementation as per SOP of the organization.

13. Responsible for carrying out perpetual inventory on daily basis.

14. Ensure proper storage of Hazardous and Non Hazardous material.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
